Winter Chill Out returns to Cedar Point on Saturday, February 24. This outdoor, walking tour of the park will provide winter views of the park, select behind-the-scenes indoor areas and the first up-close look at Top Thrill 2, our record-breaking roller coaster opening this summer.
The thing we love most about this event is our collective opportunity to help A Kid Again, who provides amazing experiences for children and their families. Proceeds from the event go to them, and all time/food/resources/etc. are all donated by park staff and volunteers.
Due to the popularity of the event, and with limited tickets available, we're implementing a lottery selection system. The details of this lottery system are below. Please read each detail carefully, as this is your chance to prepare for ticket availability.
- The lottery form, located on the Winter Chill Out event page, will open at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 22.
- The form will only be active for 48 hours, so you have until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 24 to enter.
- This is important: if you are a family or group of friends, ONLY ONE MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY should submit a lottery entry. Multiple entries will be found and removed and do not increase your chances of being chosen.
- After that window has closed, guests will be randomly selected to purchase their event tickets. If the tickets are not purchased within 24 hours, you will have relinquished your spot, and a new guest will be chosen at random to purchase.
We look forward to this event every year, and although we wish we could open the entire park like a normal summer day, it's just not possible. We appreciate your patience, and most of all, your commitment to supporting A Kid Again.
