Have some questions about all the fun you can have at Cedar Point? Well, you've come to the right place. Here's a list of some of the most common questions we hear from our guests. Take a look and see if you find what you're looking for. 

General Park Questions

Yes, Cedar Point has a dress code designed to maintain the park's family atmosphere. We do not allow clothing generally considered offensive. Profanity, obscene gestures, obscene statements, pictures of illegal substances, motorcycle colors, insignias of para-military groups, all gang related items or clothing, costumes or disguises that conceal identity and adult full-face makeup are prohibited. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, including entering or leaving. Swimwear must be sufficiently covered. Cedar Point reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who refuses to comply with the dress code. If you have any concerns about your dress, please contact Guest Services and/or the Police/Security office just inside the main gate.

There is an area near the Main Gate designated as a drop-off or pick-up area. All vehicles entering Cedar Point’s parking area during the day to drop off or pick up a guest will be charged the full parking fee as they enter. Please let the tollbooth cashier know you are just dropping off or picking up guests. If you depart within 30 minutes, you will be given a refund of the parking fee. The .50 road toll is non-refundable. To receive the refund, you must stop in the pull-off area as you head outbound and visit the closest tollbooth on your left. Then, present the parking ticket to the attendant for validation and refund.

Yes. As you exit, you will need to receive a re-entry ticket from the exit associate if you do not have a Season Pass.

Yes we do! Cedar Point is a large property, so we suggest staying for multiple days. Our resort hotels offer benefits no other local hotel can match – Early Entry (get in an hour before the general public), discounts on single-day and multi-day admission tickets and the close proximity to the park. Visit our hotels page for details on our various properties.

Smoking of any kind, including vapor and e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside Cedar Point. For the comfort of all guests, smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas just outside each park entrance gate. Please see an admissions associate for guidance.

Cedar Point accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express for park admission, restaurants and at most gift shops and quick service food locations. In addition, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at most locations as contactless forms of payment.

We do! You can purchase gift cards in our online store ahead of your visit. In addition, they’re available at all Cedar Point hotel properties, Bay Harbor Restaurant, Main Gate ticket windows and the Marina Office. Gift cards are not valid for arcade or midway games or at Panda Express. Gift cards are not accepted for online purchases.

Although you're welcome to bring your pet on the property, pets are not permitted inside the park. That's where Pet Chek comes in, located near the Bay Harbor Restaurant, across from the Preferred Parking lot.

For a per-pet fee, your pet will be provided a cage or run and fresh water. Owners may return to feed their pet throughout the day. Overnight lodging is not available.

Please note that our staff does not feed, walk, handle or provide special care or feeding times for pets. Reservations not accepted.

Pet Check is open one hour prior to park open until park close. All pets must be picked up by Cedar Point closing time.  

If you’ve lost something, you may report it missing online or on one of the computers at Guest Services. You must fill out a missing item report online in order for your item to be returned if found. Once the report is submitted, you will be sent updates on your item. Please note that if you’ve lost an item on one of our rides, our ride hosts may not be able to retrieve it immediately, so please fill out the missing item report online. Unclaimed items may be disposed of after 48 hours. As a reminder, Cedar Point is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. 

If you’ve lost your Season Pass, please check at Lost & Found, located just inside the Main Gate.

Cedar Point does not have a public address system, so please make sure all members of your party have a communication plan. We do have Lost Persons/Message Centers located in Kiddy Kingdom and at Town Hall in Frontier Town.

Free Wi-Fi is available parkwide.

All-day lockers have in/out privileges all day with no restrictions. All-day lockers are located just inside the Main Gate (near Ocean Motion) and at Cedar Point Shores Waterpark. All lockers accept cash and credit cards only. Coin and debit cards are not accepted. There are NO overnight rentals.

Moveable lockers are also available at ride locations. Rent a locker that can move from location to location for one price.

Yes, bins are available for rent at the Rental Center near the Main Gate. Bins are for larger items or if the lockers are full. The following items cannot be placed in the bins: Food items, coolers, luggage or valuables (cameras, purses, etc.) Bins are rented on a one-time in, one-time out basis. Partial contents cannot be removed from the bins or additions made to the bin during the day. The entire contents would need to be removed and then another bin rented if available (for an additional fee).Rental fees vary. Please call 419-626-0830 ext. 2571 for rental fees.

Yes! Rentals for manual wheelchairs and electronic convenience vehicles (ECVs) are available online at cedarpoint.com/rentals and must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival of at the park. Stroller rentals are also available at the park. All rentals are available on a one-day basis. Your online voucher will be your form of payment when you arrive at the park. You will be issued a rental unit and a rental card when you checkout. 

For your deposit refund, bring your rental and your rental card to the rental center at the end of your day. Vehicles that are not returned to the rental center on the day of the rental will forfeit the rental deposit. If you have lost your rental card, present an ID that matches the name on the card to receive your refund. 

All rentals including single/double strollers, manual wheelchairs and ECVs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If guests are in need of these convenience items, we strongly recommend that they provide their own. There is absolutely no guarantee that vehicle choice will be available upon arrival on the day of their visit. For more information, please call the Merchandise Office at (419) 626-0830 ext. 2571.

Unfortunately, rental units can’t be taken outside the park. If you need to leave the park and return, you can take your rental unit back to the rental center at the front of the park and have them hold it until you need it again. The only exception to this would be for our Cedar Point Resorts guests staying at Hotel Breakers & Lighthouse Point. Those guests are allowed to exit the park through the Magnum XL-200 Gate and take their rentals to either Hotel Breakers or Lighthouse Point. 

If this is the case, stop at the rental center at the front of the park and request an associate escort from the rental center to the car and then return with the person to finish the paperwork. 

The manufacturer sets a limit of 400 pounds for safe operation of the electric wheelchairs. 

Cedar Point is pleased to donate a limited amount of tickets to charitable organizations and qualified applicants. The park does not donate Season Passes, overnight accommodations or tickets to Cedar Point Shores Waterpark and Castaway Bay. All donations are based on need and are limited to an application period at the beginning of each year, usually in January & February.

Once donations are dispensed for the year, the application form will close and you are encouraged to apply in the following year. Please visit the donations form to apply for your request.

 

Admission & Season Pass

Early Entry is a benefit exclusively for Platinum Passholders and Cedar Point Resorts guests. Enter the park one hour before the public opening time to enjoy some of the park’s best attractions.

Golden Entry is a benefit exclusively for Gold Passholders. Enter the park one half-hour before the public opening time to enjoy some of the park’s best attractions.

No. Photos are associated with two-day tickets and must be used by the original ticketholder.

Yes, you must present your original receipt at the tollbooth upon returning to the park.

You may request a new card on your first 2021 visit.

Yes, present your parking receipt from that day while purchasing your Season Pass at the window to receive full credit. One parking refund per pass purchased.

Any ticket can have its admission value applied toward any Season Pass type as long as the ticket is unused, or it is upgraded on the day of the visit.

As long as you are up-to-date on your current payments due, you can start using your Season Pass right away, even on the payment plan.

Season Passes can be processed at any admission gate. Be sure to have your Season Pass voucher handy. We’ll take your photo at the turnstiles and hand you your physical card.

You may also add your Season Pass to the Cedar Point Mobile App and use it electronically. To do this in advance, you can:

Scan the barcode on your ticket voucher with the mobile app to add it to your app for park entry; or

Complete the online processing in advance at www.cedarpoint.com/activate and add the pass to your online profile by typing in your 20-digit barcode.

Yes, you can add multiple passes to your online profile or your mobile app, so you can have all of your family’s Season Passes in one convenient location. Please note that adding passes to the mobile app will not automatically associate them with your online profile at this time. Nor will adding them to your online profile automatically add them to your mobile app. But you may add them to both places separately.

 

The Pre-K Pass

Cedar Point offers kids ages 3 - 5 years old a free Pre-K pass. The Pre-K pass grants complimentary admission to Cedar Point for the entire 2021 season, including Cedar Point Shores Waterpark.

The Cedar Point Pre-K Pass is available for kids who are between the ages of 3 – 5 at the time of activation.

To take advantage of this offer, the pass needs to be registered by July 4, 2021. Registering is as simple as 1 – 2 – 3. 

  1. Register online.
  2. Bring your child to the Cedar Point Main Gate and ACTIVATE the pass.
  3. Play and have fun!

If you registered for a 2020 Pre-K Pass, it will be valid for the 2021 season.

If you purchased Season Pass add-ons for your 2020 Pre-K Pass, the purchased add-ons will be extended through the 2021 season

You must register online for the Pre-K Pass by July 4, 2021 and activate the pass at Cedar Point by September 6, 2021.

As long as your child is 5 years of age on the date you activate the pass, you are eligible.

The pass is valid for season-long access during the 2021 operating season.

The Pre-K Pass is only valid at Cedar Point and Cedar Point Shores Waterpark. Not all Cedar Fair parks have a Pre-K Pass. For a free Pre-K Pass, you must register and activate a Pre-K Pass at each specific, eligible park. One pass will not work for all Cedar Fair parks.

Register online, follow directions and submit. Print the e-ticket and bring it to any park admission turnstile along with your child and a valid form of identification that proves the child’s date of birth. Examples of valid identification are a birth certificate or travel passport. These can be originals or copies.

You must register online; the offer is NOT available at the Cedar Point Main Gate.

You must register online before you get to the park. You will receive the Pre-K Pass at any park admission turnstile once proper identification is provided proving your child’s date of birth and your child’s picture is taken. Examples of valid identification are an original certified birth certificate or travel passport. Copies of birth certificates or passports are accepted.

Valid identification includes an original certified birth certificate or a travel passport. Please note that school IDs or children security IDs are not accepted; however, copies of birth certificates or passports are accepted.

No. The Pre-K Pass does not include free parking.

The Pre-K Pass includes admission to Cedar Point Shores Waterpark, as well as Early Entry to both Cedar Point (one hour early prior to park opening) and Cedar Point Shores Waterpark (1/2 hour prior to waterpark opening). Benefits are subject to change without notice.

Yes. Once the Pre-K Pass is activated, you can add on All Season Dining, Season Pass Drink Plan and/or All Season FunPix.

The best pass to buy along with your child's free Pre-K Pass is a Gold Pass.

 

Rides

Loose article policies vary for our rides. Visit our Ride Policies and Procedures page for more information. Note that Valravn, Top Thrill Dragster, GateKeeper, Rougarou, Magnum XL-200, Steel Vengeance and Millennium Force riders are required to store their belongings (purses, prizes, video cameras, etc.) in the secure lockers at various ride's entrance's as they are not permitted in line or on the rides.

Lockers are available near Valravn, Millennium Force, GateKeeper, Top Thrill Dragster, Thunder Canyon, Steel Vengeance, Rougarou, Magnum XL-200 and Skyhawk.

Photography is prohibited on all rides at Cedar Point and Cedar Point Shores Waterpark. Go Pro, Google Glass and other small wearable cameras are not permitted.

Cedar Point does not offer rain checks. Depending on the type of precipitation and/or wind, certain rides close. Visit the ride policies and procedures page for a complete listing of rides affected by the weather. During high winds or rain, we suggest taking in a great live show or taking a break to eat. For accurate weather forecasts, please use zip code 44870 when searching your preferred weather app.

Safety

The safety of our guests and associates is our number one priority, and we have implemented several enhanced security procedures at all entrance gates. As part of the process:

  • Guests arriving at the park will go through metal detection every public operating day. 
  • All bags, purses, backpacks, waist packs, etc. will be examined prior to entering.
  • Sharp objects (including pocket knives and metal chains), firearms, or other items that could be considered a weapon are strictly prohibited and should be left at home or secured in your vehicle.  
  • Please see our separate FAQ on outside food and beverages.

We use a variety of methods in securing our parks including uniformed and plain clothes officers and video surveillance monitoring. 

Cedar Point does not tolerate guests who fight and/or harass other guests while on our property. People who engage this behavior are subject to being ejected and potentially banned from the park, and may be subject to arrest by local police.

All drones (Unmanned Aerial Systems) are prohibited at (in) all Cedar Fair parks, including Cedar Point, and any unauthorized drone(s) observed over Cedar Point will be reported to the FAA and local law enforcement, regardless of its point of origin or operation. Drones may pose a potential safety risk and may violate Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.

We are strict and thorough in the steps we take and the processes we use to keep our properties safe and promote a healthy environment. To protect our guests and associates and prevent the spread of illness, we employ rigorous sanitation standards and robust cleaning procedures, including:

  • Extensive training for associates on maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace and environment for our guests;
  • Appropriate personal protective clothing and gear for associates who are assigned for cleaning duties;
  • Specified intervals for frequent cleaning and disinfection of targeted areas throughout the day;
  • Procedures for cleaning and disinfection of areas throughout the day and where illness has been suspected or reported;
  • Quick response to spills, trash and other situations;
  • Daily sanitation procedures, for everything from bathroom faucets and sinks to kitchen and dining surfaces, benches and trash cans;
  • Daily cleaning and “wash down” of outdoors locations, including walkways and queue lines;
  • Guest and associate first aid locations to assist with minor health issues.

We maintain close relationships with local, state, national, and international public health authorities, and take their guidance when additional preventive measures are needed.

 

Food & Beverage

All-day drink and dining plans may be redeemed at most food locations and at the Redemption Center, located just inside the Main Gate.

Single Meal Deal - Enjoy an entree, side and a fountain drink.

All Day Dining - Guests with All Day Dining will receive a wristband at any of the participating locations and enjoy an entree and side as often as every 90 minutes! Drinks are not included. However, you may purchase a Souvenir Bottle online at the best price.

All Season Dining - When you purchase an All Season Dining Plan, it will automatically be uploaded to your Season Pass. Simply present your pass at any participating locations throughout the park and enjoy lunch and dinner (with only a 4-hour interval between meals) every time you visit. Drinks are not included. However, you may purchase an All Season Souvenir Bottle or Season Pass Drink Plan online for free refills all season long. 

All Season Dining added to a Season Pass is only valid for redemption exclusively by the registered Passholder. Once All Season Dining is linked to a Season Pass, it is non-transferable. In order for benefits to be redeemed, the Season Pass must be used for admission on the same date.

Single Meal Deal - Only available online.

All Day Dining - May be purchased at the park's ticket windows. Or, save yourself time and purchase All Day Dining online before you go to the park.

All Season Dining - Add the All Season Dining plan onto your Season Pass and stay fueled for the fun all day long. All Season Dining includes lunch and dinner at participating locations throughout the park every time you visit during the season.

Single Meal Deal - Includes a fountain drink.

All Day Dining - Does not include drinks, but you may consider buying a Souvenir Bottle online. With a Souvenir Bottle, enjoy free refills all day long on your first visit and $1 (tax included) refills for the rest of the season.

All Season Dining - Does not include drinks, but the All Season Souvenir Bottle or Season Pass Drink Plan are great money-saving options that feature free refills all season long.

Simply redeem your voucher at any participating locations for an entree, side, and a fountain drink. 

All Day Dining Plan
Guests with All Day Dining will receive a wristband at any of the participating locations and enjoy an entree and side as often as every 90 minutes! Drinks are not included.  However, you may purchase a Souvenir Bottle online at our best price when it goes on sale soon.

As a Platinum Passholder, the All Season Dining Plan and All Season Souvenir Bottle are valid at any Cedar Fair park within the U.S. and Canada. Simply present your Platinum Pass at any participating food locations during your park visit to enjoy lunch and dinner (with only a 4-hour interval time between meals) and free refills with your Souvenir Bottle or Season Pass Drink Plan. All Season Dining is NOT valid at Schlitterbahn New Braunfels and Schlitterbahn Galveston.

The All Season Souvenir Bottle and Season Pass Drink Plan are two separate programs. You will not be able to use your Season Pass card if you forget your bottle.

Yes, you will be given the option at the park to redeem your voucher for an All Season Souvenir Bottle or the new Season Pass Drink Plan which can be added onto your Season Pass card.

You can purchase an All Season Souvenir Bottle or the Season Pass Drink Plan online or at the park.

Visit Guest Services at the park, and for a $2.99 exchange fee, you can be switched over to the bottle free program. The barcode on your bottle will be deactivated, and you can start to use your Season Pass immediately for your refills.

You may refill as often as you like with a time window of 15 minutes between refills.

Yes, if you would like to refill the same disposable paper cup after the 15 minute waiting period, bring it back to a beverage location and an associate can help you.

Visit Guest Services at the park and for a $2.99 replacement charge your bottle can be replaced. The barcode on the lost/stolen bottle will be deactivated so that it can no longer be used, and you can start to use your new bottle immediately. Deactivation and replacement can only be done if the All Season Souvenir Bottle has been added to a valid Season Pass, and can only be requested by the pass holder. Souvenir bottles not associated to a Season Pass cannot be deactivated and replaced.

If you lose your Season Pass, Guest Services can help you replace it (for a nominal fee) and activate the Season Pass Drink Plan on your new pass.

If you forget your Season Pass, please stop at any ticket window located at the Front Gate. With proper identification a temporary pass will be issued to you. The temporary pass is only valid for that day and will have the Season Pass Drink Plan attached.

The Season Pass Drink Plan can be added to all Season Pass types, except Halloween Haunt passes (where offered).

Season Pass Drink Plan added to a Season Pass is only valid for redemption exclusively by the registered passholder. Once Season Pass Drink Plan is linked to a Season Pass, it is non-transferable. In order for benefits to be redeemed, the Season Pass must be used for admission on the same date. 

Yes, present your All Season Souvenir Bottle or your Season Pass if you have the Season Pass Drink Plan at any Cedar Fair park to enjoy the same refill benefits.

Souvenir Bottle: You may use the Souvenir Bottle for free refills on your first visit and for $1 (taxes included) refills when you visit again during the 2020 season. Valid for the regular season, as well as Halloween events and WinterFest (where offered).

Drink Wristband: You may use the Drink Wristband for free refills during one visit. You must purchase another Drink Wristband for use during subsequent visits.

All Season Souvenir Bottle or Season Pass Drink: You may use the All Season Souvenir Bottle or Season Pass Drink Plan for free refills on any public operating day during the 2020 season. Valid for the regular season, as well as Halloween events (where offered).

 

Staying Overnight At Cedar Point

Check-in at all properties is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Yes! Simply visit the front desk to receive your Cedar Point tickets as early as 8:00 AM on the day of arrival. If your room is not ready, we can send you a text message when your room becomes available.

At the time of reservation, the first night’s stay, plus tax and packages, is due in full as a deposit. A reservation can be canceled any time prior to 72 hours of arrival date with a $50 fee. If a reservation is canceled within 72 hours of arrival the first night’s stay plus tax will be NON-REFUNDABLE. A reservation’s arrival date, however, can be changed within the same calendar year without penalty.

Special requests such as a specific unit, floor, being close to another party or specific accommodations can be made over the phone or in the “reservations comments” field when making an online reservation. Requests are NOT GUARANTEED. However, we try our best to accommodate requests.

Yes. However, prices may be higher at the desk for certain items than it is in advance as part of a package. We recommend that you add all admission and add-ons to your reservation in advance of your arrival for maximum savings. Fast Lane has limited availability.

The Cedar Point Beach and Hotel Breakers restaurants are available for overnight guests and those visiting Cedar Point or Cedar Point Shores Waterpark for the day to use. However, indoor and outdoor Hotel Breakers pools are for the exclusive use of Hotel Breakers guests. This policy will be monitored and enforced. Valid identification will be required.

Cedar Point no longer offers rollaway beds. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please plan accordingly. 

Hotel Breakers is an approximate 5-minute walk from Cedar Point and Cedar Point Shores Waterpark. A shuttle service is also available for the convenience of all guests. The shuttle service only includes locations on the Cedar Point Peninsula and DOES NOT include stops at Cedar Point’s Express Hotel, Castaway Bay, Sawmill Creek or the Cedar Point Sports Center.

We have an indoor pool and hot tub, two outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs and an outdoor kids pool. The pool hours vary and are only open seasonally and weather permitting, however, typical hours are 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Yes! Guests of Hotel Breakers receive free Cedar Point parking for the length of their stay. Simply provide your confirmation number or scan the bar code on your pre-arrival email at the tollbooth to be granted entry. At check-in, you will receive a parking voucher that is valid for re-entry until the day after check-out. Exclusive parking is available directly outside Hotel Breakers. After check-out guests must re-locate their vehicle to general parking.

No, however there are multiple options for breakfast. Perkins, Starbucks and a quick-serve café are located at Hotel Breakers. Each location serves a variety of breakfast items.

The hotel offers two view options when making a reservation: Lakeview and Non-Lakeview. Lakeview suites offer a beautiful view of Lake Erie and the Cedar Point Beach. Non-Lakeview suites can have a variety of different views ranging from park view, parking view or obstructed views. Non-Lakeview room views are not guaranteed however certain views can be requested in your reservation.

Yes, there is free luggage assistance available at Hotel Breakers. This service includes car-side pick-up and drop-off as well as delivery to and from your room. This service includes the storage of luggage while you wait for your available check-in time or while you enjoy the park after your check-out time. Gratuities are permitted.

When you book an overnight stay at a Cedar Point property, you’ll have access to our Early Entry benefit. Along with a valid admission ticket, hotel ticket package or Season Pass, Early Entry allows you to enter the park one hour before the public opening time to ride some of the park’s best rides and roller coasters. An Early Entry pass can be obtained at the front desk for access.

When you book an overnight stay at a Cedar Point property, you’ll have access to our Guaranteed Entry program. Along with a valid admission ticket, hotel ticket package or season pass, Guaranteed Entry provides guests automatic Cedar Point entry without having to secure a pre-arranged park entry day or time.

Each registered Resort guest will receive Guaranteed Entry during their stay.

An overnight reservation AND a valid admission ticket or season pass is required to take advantage of Guaranteed Entry. Tickets or passes must be validated at the front desk at time of check-in.

No advance Cedar Point reservation is required, your overnight stay reservation secures your Cedar Point reservation automatically.

Download the park app to your mobile device. This is where all your FunPix photos will be housed.

Get your photo taken at locations throughout the park! 

  • At FunPix locations (show your FunPix card after the ride) 
  • By roaming FunPix photographers (show your FunPix card to the photographer) 

All FunPix digital photos taken throughout the day (with a Single Day Digital Pass) or season (with an All Season Digital Pass) can be found within the Cedar Point app. Download as many digital photos as you would like from the app or our FunPix website. Order prints the same day in the park and receive a great price.

After you purchase FunPix online you will receive a receipt email to use as a voucher. To redeem:

  1. Print the receipt and bring it with you on the day of your visit to the park.
  2. Present the receipt at any FunPix location to get your FunPix card and create your account.
  3. That's all there is to it! Remember to have your card scanned any time your picture is taken at a FunPix Location to add that picture to your account!

Season Passholders, your FunPix voucher is tied to your Season Pass, just present your pass at a FunPix location and let them know you have FunPix!

No problem! Just come to a FunPix location, give us your email address and we’ll issue you a new card and link your existing FunPix photos to it.

It’s OK! As long as you have the purchase receipt on your mobile device, we can access the information we need from there. Or, visit Guest Services.

For single-day FunPix users, FunPix photos will be available for 30 days. For All Season Pass holders, FunPix photos will be available until the end of the season.

No, those are separate activities.

No, FunPix is already a tremendous value, so no additional discounts apply.

No, the FunPix All Season Digital Photo Pass is available only to Cedar Point Season Passholders.

All Season Digital Photo Passholders will get to capture, collect and share all of their photos at all other FunPix parks:

  • California’s Great America
  • Canada’s Wonderland
  • Carowinds
  • Cedar Point
  • Kings Island
  • Kings Dominion
  • Knott’s Berry Farm
  • Worlds of Fun

When you renew your Cedar Point Season Pass for the next season, just add FunPix to your pass, and your FunPix account will automatically renew for the next season.

 

Rentals

Manual Wheelchairs are available in limited numbers for rent, in the park, on a first come, first serve basis. The rental fee for Manual Wheelchairs is $20 plus a $5 deposit that will be refunded when the Wheelchair is returned.

Unfortunately, rental units can’t be taken outside the main gates of the park. If you need to leave the park and return, you can take your rental unit back to the rental center at the front of the park and have them hold it until you need it again. The only exception to this would be for our resort guests staying at Hotel Breakers & Lighthouse Point. Those guests are allowed to exit the park through the resort gate and take their rentals to either Hotel Breakers or Lighthouse Point. 

If this is the case, stop at the rental center at the front of the park and request an employee escort from the rental center to the car and then return with the person to finish the paperwork. 

The manufacturer sets a limit of 400 pounds for safe operation of the Electric Wheelchairs. 

Yes, your voucher will be your form of payment when you arrive at the park. You will be issued a rental unit and a rental card when you checkout. 

Take your Voucher to the rental center at the front of the park and a cashier can help you with your rental. 

Simply return your Wheelchair to the rental center at the front of the park at the end of the day along with your rental card to receive your refund. Vehicles that are not returned to the rental center on the day of the rental will forfeit the rental deposit. If you have lost your rental card, present an ID that matches the name on the card to receive your refund.
