Valid for a one-day Cedar Point ticket for active or retired members of the Armed Forces as well as honorably discharged veterans from the United States and Canada. The discount also applies to family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, etc.) or others in the group. There is a limit of 6 discounted tickets per service member.

Yes, you can upgrade to a Platinum Pass at the park’s Season Pass Center by paying the difference between what you paid for your Regular Pass and the cost of the Platinum Pass on the day of upgrade.

Cedar Point offers great discounts online every day.   Save $12 off your regular one-day admission to Cedar Point (valid any ONE day during the Operating Season, just $49.99).  In addition to the every day discount, watch for special offers such as the Rock & Ride Combo ticket (valid for one day at both Cedar Point and the Rock Hall of Fame - $66.35) and our Coaster Combo (valid for one day at both Cedar Point and Kings Island - $64.99).

Many AAA offices sell discounted Cedar Point admission tickets to their members. If you are a AAA member, check with your local office for availability.   Tickets must be purchased at a AAA office. These tickets are not available at any of Cedar Point's admission gates.    Discounted tickets are also available through many larger employers and credit unions.

Many Meijer, Giant Eagle, Wegmans and Discount Drug Mart stores sell discounted Cedar Point admission tickets. If you have one of these stores in your area, you may check with them to see if they have our tickets available. If not, there is a Meijer store and a Discount Drug Mart in Sandusky that sell discounted Cedar Point tickets.
Yes, Active, retired and honorably discharged members of the Military receive $22 off a regular all-day admission ticket. Please present a valid Military ID at the Gate (Sorry, Military discount not available online). Accepted IDs include: Active Duty ID, Retired Personnel ID, VA Medical System Picture ID, Copy of DD-214 discharge papers (please do not bring the original) along with a photo ID (driver’s license, etc) for confirmation.   The discount also applies to family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, etc.) or others in the group. There is a limit of 6 discounted tickets per service member.  In addition to the discount, we hold special Military Appreciation events throughout the year. Check our events page for information.

The daily parking fee is $15 for cars and motorcycles. For oversized vehicles such as campers, trailers, trucks, etc., the daily parking fee is $20. (Daily parking fees include a $.50 toll charge).

We also offer Preferred Parking for $25 per car. Prefered Parking gives you the closest and most convenient location in our lot!

There is an area near the main entrance designated as a drop-off or pick-up area. All vehicles entering Cedar Point’s parking area during the day to drop off or pick up a guest will be charged the full parking fee ($15) as they enter. Please let the toll booth cashier know you are just dropping off or picking up guests. If you depart within 30 minutes, you will be given a refund of the parking fee ($14.50). The .50 road toll is non-refundable. To receive the refund, you must stop next to the Main Tollbooth or Chaussee Tollbooth as you are exiting, and present the parking ticket to the attendant for validation and refund.

Cedar Point does not have a non-rider discount. The park has a lot to offer for those who cannot ride our more extreme attractions, including live shows, gift shops, restaurants, a beach, boardwalk, calm and gentle rides, and much more.
Yes. Please get your hand stamped as you exit.
Cedar Point does not offer rain checks. Depending on the type of precipitation and/or wind, certain rides close. Visit the rides page for a complete listing of rides affected by the weather. When it rains, we suggest taking in a great live show or taking a break to eat. For accurate weather forecasts, please use zip code 44870 when searching a weather site for the forecast.
Yes we do! Cedar Point is a large property, so we suggest staying for multiple days. Our resort hotels offer benefits no other local hotel can match – Early Entry (get in an hour before the general public), one-day admission tickets for just $39 each and the close proximity to the park. Visit our hotels page for details on our various properties.
Inside the park, smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Once you’re here, consult the Park Guide for the various smoking areas in the park.
Cedar Point accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express for park admission, restaurants and at most gift shops and quick service food locations.
We do! You can purchase gift cards by phone at 419.627.2309.   You can also purchase them at all Cedar Point hotel properties, the Group Sales Booth, Bay Harbor Restaurant, Season Pass Center and Marina Office. You can use the gift card at all food locations, merchandise shops, admission booths, hotel properties, Challenge Park and Soak City. The gift card is not valid for arcade games, midway games or at Panda Express. 
If you’ve lost something, please check with our Lost & Found, located in the Security Office near Hurricane Hannah's. Please note that if you’ve lost an item on one of our rides, our ride hosts may not be able to retrieve it immediately. All items found in our ride areas are returned to Lost & Found at the end of the day. Please call 419-626-0830, x2583 to connect with our Lost & Found office. If you’ve lost your Season Pass, please check at the Park Admissions Office, located on the left side of the Main Entrance.
Cedar Point does not have a public address system, so please make sure all members of your party have a communication plan. We do have Lost Persons/Message Centers located in Kiddy Kingdom and at the Town Hall Museum in Frontiertown.
Guests are not permitted to bring any food or drink items into the park. However, individual, unopened water bottles, as well as special diet/need items, may be brought into the park. We do have public picnic shelters located outside the Main Entrance. Guests with coolers, baskets and other carry-in items can place them on a picnic table in these areas. Cedar Point is not responsible for items left unattended in the picnic shelters. Shelters are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Soak City does not have a public picnic shelter.
Wi-Fi is available at Starbucks, all hotel lobbies, the Breakers East Convention Center and at the Castaway Bay Ballroom and upper lobby.
All-Day Lockers have in/out privileges all day with no restrictions. All-Day Lockers are located just inside the main gate (near Ocean Motion) and at Soak City.

Yes, bins are available for rent at the Rental Center near the Main Gate. Bins are for larger items or if the lockers are full. The following items cannot be placed in the bins: Food items, coolers, luggage or valuables (cameras, purses, etc.) Bins are rented on a one-time in, one-time out basis. Partial contents cannot be removed from the bins or additions made to the bin during the day. The entire contents would need to be removed and then another bin rented if available (for an additional fee).Rental fees vary. Please call 419-626-0830. ext. 2571 for rental fees.
Loose article policies vary for our rides. Visit our Ride Policies and Procedures page for more information. Note that Top Thrill Dragster, GateKeeper, Rougarou, Magnum XL-200 and Millennium Force riders are required to store their belongings (purses, prizes, video cameras, etc.) in the secure lockers at various ride's entrance's as they are not permitted in line or on the rides.

Lockers are available near Millennium Force, GateKeeper, Top Thrill Dragster, Thunder Canyon, Shoot the Rapids, and Skyhawk.

Yes, Cedar Point offers a rental fleet of Strollers, Manual Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) that may be rented on a one-day basis. Overnight or multiple rental days are not available. Rentals are available at the Front Rental Center and Joe’s Cool Corner Store near the Magnum entrance to the park. We do accept reservations for ECVs and Manual Wheelchairs by calling the Merchandise Office at (419)-626-0830 at ext. 2571. ECVs are available at Joe Cools Corner Store by reservation only. All non-reserved rentals including Single/Double Strollers, Manual Wheelchairs, and ECVs will be available on a first-come, first served basis. If guests are in need of these convenience items, we strongly recommend that they provide their own. There is absolutely no guarantee that vehicle choice will be available upon arrival on the day of their visit. Yes, Cedar Point has a dress code designed to maintain the park's family atmosphere. We do not allow clothing generally considered offensive. Profanity, obscene gestures. obscene statements, pictures of illegal substances, motorcycle colors, insignias of para-military groups, all gang related items or clothing, costumes or disguises that conceal identity and adult full-face makeup are prohibited. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, including entering or leaving. Swimwear must be sufficiently covered. Cedar Point reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who refuses to comply with the dress code. If you have any concerns about your dress, please contact Guest Services and/or the Police/Security office just inside the main gate.
Although you're welcome to bring your pet on the property, pets are not permitted inside the park. That's where Pet Chek comes in, located near the Bay Harbor Restaurant across from the bus lot.

For just $15 per animal, per day, your pet will be provided a cage or run, dry dog food and fresh water. Owners may return to feed their pet throughout the day. Overnight lodging is not available.

Please note that our staff does not walk, handle or provide special care or feeding times for pets. Reservations not accepted.

Pet Chek is open one hour prior to park opening till one hour past park closing. Open 5 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. on HalloWeekends Fridays.
Ride & Refresh vouchers may be redeemed at any of the park's quick serve locations.
 All drones (Unmanned Aerial Systems) are prohibited at (in) all Cedar Fair parks, including Cedar Point, and any unauthorized drone(s) observed over Cedar Point will be reported to the FAA and local law enforcement, regardless of its point of origin or operation. Drones may pose a potential safety risk and may violate Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
