At Cedar Point’s toll booth, the bus driver will receive a receipt ticket that can be exchanged at Guest Services for one bus driver courtesy admission ticket. The original toll booth receipt and their valid CDL are required for the courtesy ticket exchange. Only one bus driver ticket per bus is issued and is only valid on the day the bus arrives (date on the receipt).

In order to ensure that your day goes as smoothly as possible, please take a moment to read the following helpful information.
- Performances are scheduled in advance on a first-call, first-scheduled basis. You will receive a confirmation call from the Group Sales Office approximately 10 days prior to your group’s visit, at which time you will be given your performance time. Bands will be allowed into the park shortly after the park opens to the general public that day, with the first scheduled marching band stepping off 30 minutes after the park gates open to the public. All performances are to be done before 2:00 pm through Labor Day and before 1:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays in September & October.
- The Marching route is about a 20 minute performance down the main midway. There are two performance spots along the route, however depending on the number of marching bands that day, the number of spots may be reduced or eliminated.
- Groups must wear appropriate marching band attire. Formal uniforms are not required however we do ask that your group wears matching/uniform clothes. Changing facilities are not available.

Stage performance groups will be allowed into the park shortly after the park opens to the general public that day, with the first scheduled stage performance taking place 1 hour after the park gates open to the public. All performances are to be done before 2:00 pm through Labor Day and before 1:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays in September & October.
- The performance stage is located in Celebration Plaza (near Coasters Drive-In) across from the Celebration Stage .
- Groups must wear appropriate performance attire. Formal uniforms are not required however we do ask that your group wears matching/uniform clothes. Changing facilities are not available.

- As the tickets are issued, we ask that you retain the tickets for the performing members and for the director(s) of the group. After the performance, distribute the tickets to the performers and directors. Each person will present their ticket at the turnstile to gain admission into the park to enjoy the rest of the day.
- Non-performing members will not be permitted to enter the park with the performers. You may pass the tickets out to the non-performing group members who will need to present their ticket for admission at the entrance. Once inside the park, they may wait for the band to be escorted into the park for the performance. Sorry, but anyone entering the park will require an admission ticket, regardless of whether they are staying after the performance or not.
- All performing passholders are required to purchase a Passholder Participation ticket in order to perform with their group. Passholder Participation tickets must be purchased in advance and are not available at the gate.
