Charitable Giving
Our Charitable Giving program is now closed and will re-open in the first quarter of 2025.
Cedar Point is pleased to provide one-day admission tickets for qualifying applicants each year. This program is open and active in the first quarter of each year and is available until all tickets are distributed.
If you are interested in receiving a ticket donation for your cause, please read the guidelines below and apply by filling out the form. We will only review requests that are submitted using the application form. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, any request sent through e-mail, standard mail, our website's Contact Us form or by phone will not be reviewed.
Cedar Point donates a 4-pack of one-day Cedar Point admission tickets to qualifying applicants, valid any public operating day through Labor Day of the same year.
The following are not available for donations: Cedar Point Shores Waterpark tickets, overnight accommodations, Castaway Bay Waterpark tickets or Season Passes.
Cedar Point is happy to review requests from local organizations and communities. If your request is approved, complimentary tickets are generally not granted to the same group or organization the following year.
Requests pertaining to fundraising efforts for causes that directly assist physically or emotionally disabled individuals, persons suffering from a catastrophic illness or who require a life-saving medical procedure are also accepted.
Requests from or for the following are not accepted:
- After prom or high school grad nights
- Incentives or rewards for staff members of organizations
- Fundraisers for purchase of playground equipment, sporting or computer equipment, scholarship programs, building renovations or expansions, general operating expenses, etc.
- Organizations raising funds on behalf of another benefiting group
- Activities such as competitions, recognition events, door prizes, giveaways, free raffles or other incentives
Cedar Point’s charitable ticket request window will open in the first quarter of each year. Once donations are dispensed for the year, the application form will close and you are encouraged to apply in the following year. Unfortunately, requests outside of this time period are not considered.
All donation requests will be reviewed in a timely manner. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved.
Requests must be received through the official form a minimum of 30 days prior to the date of event. If approved, tickets will be emailed no less than one week prior to date of event.
Make-A-Wish requests will only be considered when submitted directly through a Make-A-Wish Chapter.
Cedar Point is happy to review ticket requests only. At this time, monetary donation requests are not accepted.
