It's Not Magic, It's Science - Rougarou

Spring has sprung here at Cedar Point, and as we inch closer to Opening Day, it’s time for the third video in our “It’s Not Magic, It’s Science” series.

For this installment, we’ll explore the science behind looping roller coasters with a water cup flip experiment featuring our floorless coaster, Rougarou. Rockwell Automation’s Global STEM Ambassador, Jay Flores, will experiment, explain and explore the science behind how this coaster sends you flying through a 119-foot vertical loop at a high velocity.
