The New Pre-K Pass

Let’s talk about the new Cedar Point Pre-K Pass, which you may not have heard about with all the recent excitement around Steel Vengeance.

In addition to the now-available 2018 Season and Platinum Passes, we’re happy to offer the Pre-K Pass. So what is it?

The new Pre-K Pass is available for any child ages 3-5 years old. It’s valid for admission to Cedar Point and Cedar Point Shores Waterpark for the remainder of 2017 (that includes Great Pumpkin Fest at HalloWeekends) and through the entire 2018 season.

Oh, and it’s 100% FREE!

But there are some things you’ll need to know if you’d like to pick up a free Pre-K Pass for your child (or children).

  1. Your first step is to register online – this must be completed first, as registration is NOT available at the park. You can do that now through May 28, 2018. After that, the offer disappears.
  2. After your online registration, come to the park to process the Pre-K Pass at the Season Pass Center – you’ll need the child who is receiving the Pass, their proof of age (can be a birth certificate or travel passport) and the registration confirmation (from step 1). Note that school ID’s and other forms of identification are not accepted.
  3. Activation must be completed by June 29, 2018, or the offer will expire.

Some other fun tidbits: you can add all of your favorite Season Pass add-ons to the Pre-K Pass, like FunPix, All Season Dining and the Season Pass Drink Plan. Dinosaurs Alive! is also included! Oh, and we’re throwing in Early Entry, so if you’re picking up a Platinum Pass for yourself, this will come in handy each morning.

To recap, register online first!! THEN come to the park to process with the child present, along with that form of ID.

If you have questions, check out the bottom part of the Pre-K Pass page.

It’s a great deal you don’t want to pass up. With Steel Vengeance in 2018, and the more than 40 rides that kids can experience alone or with their parents & guardians, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t take advantage of both the Pre-K Pass and the year’s best price on a 2018 Platinum Pass.
