Inside Melt

It's the first day of daily operation for the 2017 season, and we're excited to finally get things rolling for an amazing summer.

There are a lot of new things to see, including Cedar Point Shores Waterpark, opening in just two weeks.

Inside the park, Melt Bar & Grilled actually opens today for the first time. Earlier this week, we got a sneak preview and were able to try some of their signature sandwiches. They're best known for a fun atmosphere and gourmet grilled cheese masterpieces.

You'll learn a bit more about it in a future PointCast, but the Cedar Point location features neat artifacts from the park's present and past.

The bar is a full-service bar with all kinds of adult beverages:

Remember these signs? They're now hung on the walls for you to see:

When you visit, be sure to check out all the old photos and park signage. It's kind of fun to take a trip down memory lane.

Melt Bar & Grilled is located just across from Planet Snoopy. Tell them Tony sent ya.
