The Monster has left the midway.

But not for long! As we continue to work on projects related to the new Gemini Midway refresh, we find new and exciting things to share - like what the Monster will look like once it's been repainted and put back in its place.

And so, without further delay...

Here she is:

With new festive lighting and a re-energized area of the park, I think the colors suit it well. Oranges, reds and yellows adorned by blue lights.

One thing to keep in mind: things are always subject to change, but this is the direction we're going in. What do you think?

It's a ride that I just can stomach anymore! But I am glad it is still here to stay, and I love the new colors. I hope they do some wicked touches with LED's. This is a ride that truly Glows (No pun intended) at night!

Think you should put green lights along the gemini give it sort of an eerie look.

I am in love with the new (possible) paint upgrade to Monster! I feel that the team behind the color choice put great thoughts behind the decision! Super excited for 2014's refresh and new additions!!

That'll look amazing!! That midway was always a bit on the drab side. All the added colors and rides will make a huge difference. The only time that drabness was really cool, was on Halloweekend Friday nights.

I love the new paint job. Quite a change from the old black & yellow you see at most parks.
