First Look at New GateKeeper Trains

So here's a riddle for you...what is black, red, has a beak, and just a touch of gold?

Here is an exclusive first look at one of the "GateKeepers" that will be guarding our new front entrance!

 


The ride manufacturer sent these pictures of the GateKeeper trains getting assembled and ready for shipment to Cedar Point. These are unlike anything you have ever seen at Cedar Point before!





These harnesses look pretty sweet. The fourth row will have the larger seats so even more of guests can experience the thrill of GateKeeper.




The lighting package on this ride is really going to add an extra level of "wow" to GateKeeper at night. There will be approximately 102 lights that will illuminate the more than 4,000 feet of steel track and the three awe-inspiring trains.

So go ahead and drool over these for awhile. My next blog will have the contest I promised with an amazing prize package that you will all be fighting over.

We will make the trip from New Jersey to ride the Gatekeeper. Cedar Point is an amazing park!!
