PARK POLICIES AND INFO

Clothing & Accessories

Male guests must have shorts or swimming attire. Female guests must have a swimsuit or shorts and a swimsuit top. A sports bra can be worn as long as it is dark in color and not transparent.
Thong swimsuits are NOT permitted.
No denim/jean shorts or shorts below the knee. Clothing must be hemmed with no frayed edges or metal objects (rivets, buckles, etc.) Shirts are permitted on the slides but are discouraged since they may slow a guest’s progress down the slide.
Wet suits are permitted in Breakers Bay Pool, but not on the slides. Life vests are available for use at no charge but are not permitted on the slides (except in Adventure Cove).
Swimsuit diapers are required as necessary. Swimsuit diapers are available for purchase at the Surf Shop.
No aqua sox or water shoes on the slides - bare feet only.
Life vests, hats or bathing caps are prohibited on the slides. Water wings can be used in the children’s areas only. Foam water noodles, beach balls, air mattresses, inner tubes and boogie boards are prohibited.
No excessive jewelry on the slides. Minimal jewelry such as a wedding ring, watch or neck chain is permitted. Eyeglasses and sunglasses must have a safety strap.

General Information

Smoking is not permitted in Soak City.
Soak City offers a bathhouse with showers, electric outlets and lockers for rent. Daily locker rental is $10.00 (plus $5 deposit). Towels cannot be rented at Soak City. Bathing suits and towels can be purchased at the Soak City Surf Shop.
Pets are prohibited. Service animals are permitted in the observation areas, but not on the attractions. Non-service animals must be taken to Pet Chek.
Chairs and umbrellas are permitted on the Soak City beach and the grassy area behind the slides.
Cameras are permitted in Soak City, but not on the slides, in Main Stream, Breakers Bay Wavepool or Renegade River. Guests must be advised to hold onto the camera and to refrain from picture taking in or near the water.

Policies and Restrictions

Soak City is open to the public. Cedar Point admission not required to enter Soak City, however, Cedar Point amusement park requires a separate fee. Regular and junior general admission tickets are available for all-day Soak City visits. Evening only tickets are also available. Two-day tickets for both Cedar Point and Soak City are also available. Group rates are available. Children age 2 and under are free.

Soak City is a participatory water theme park with physically demanding activities where you control your own ride experience. Guests should assess their physical capabilities and swimming skills prior to participating. Certified lifeguards supervise all activities at Soak City. Slides are sometimes closed when it rains and during lightning or high winds. Rain checks are not available.

Guests are not permitted to bring any food or drink items into the park. However, individual, unopened water bottles, as well as special diet/need items, may be brought into the park. Food may be purchased at the Rapid Waves Café
