Similar to the Scrambler, the Calypso features cars that spin counter-clockwise as the entire turntable structure spins clockwise. The turntable is permanently elevated and tilted at an angle towards the midway, giving a very exciting ride to the beat of tropical tunes. The Calypso is located adjacent to the classic Blue Streak roller coaster near the front of the park.
