Wildcat
Located on the "Million Dollar Midway," the WildCat is a coaster like no other at Cedar Point. Guests ride in individual four-person cars that zoom over hills and fly around tight corners in a figure-eight design. Built in 1970 by the Anton Schwarzkopf Company, the WildCat is an action-packed coaster that has quietly become a park legend.
The classic WildCat gave 457,691 guests a reason to scream with delight in 2006. Nearly 25 million guests have ridden this unique coaster since 1970. WildCat riders must be at least 48 inches tall.
Rider Safety Guide
- The WildCat is a high-speed roller coaster which may be subject to sudden stops. The lap bar and seatbelt must be securely fastened and tightened at all times. Obtain boarding time and use special access via the exit ramp. To ride, guests must be able to climb down vertical ladders from brakes at various points on the ride in an evacuation situation.
