Policies and FAQ

THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES APPLY TO ALL PROPERTIES 

• Guests 17 years old or younger are not permitted to register or reserve rooms or camping sites at Cedar Point Resorts.  All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their stay.
• Reservation confirmed with a deposit. For advance reservations, one night’s advance deposit is required. For reservations, call 419/627-2106 or click here.
• MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, money orders and personal checks are accepted for payment. A $50 cancellation fee will be imposed per room*. Deposit minus the cancellation fee will be refunded if at least 72 hours notice of cancellation is given prior to the arrival date; deposit will be forfeited when reservation is canceled with less than 72 hours notice. (*Cancellation fee applies to all properties except Camper Village. Camper Village's cancellation fee is $25.)
• Anyone wishing to enter Cedar Point, Soak City or Challenge Park must purchase a ticket.
• Packages cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons or offers.
• For everyone's safety, the following activities are not permitted: scooter riding, in-line skating, bike riding, skateboarding and roller skating.
• Pay-per-view movies are not available except at Castaway Bay.
• All properties except Sandcastle Suites have laundry facilities.

• Room rate per day (European Plan - meals not included)
• Please add 11.5% tax per night; Prices and tax subject to change without notice
• Payment must be received within two weeks of booking or reservation will be cancelled
• Guests arriving without reservations will be accommodated on a space-available basis
• Check-in time is after 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
• Non-smoking suites and rooms available
• No pets permitted
