Planet Snoopy™

New for 2008, Planet Snoopy will feature seven rides, including a mini-tea cup-style ride, miniature train, 4 x 4 trucks, a bouncing tower, spinning balloons, rocket ships and a crazy sub ride.  Planet Snoopy will also feature games, themed décor showcasing Snoopy’s worldly travels and special live appearances by the PEANUTS characters.  Planet Snoopy’s 1.25 acres will also feature a family center with changing stations and private areas to feed children in a quiet atmosphere.

Camp Snoopy

Camp Snoopy rolls out the red carpet for kids and parents with a fantasy playland themed around the world-famous PEANUTST characters! This special area gets high ratings on the "wow" meter! Camp Snoopy showcases seven rides geared toward young families plus a children's participatory attraction.

The centerpiece attraction is Woodstock Express , an exciting 38-foot-tall family roller coaster. This winding steel coaster reaches speeds of more than 25 mph as it speeds through a tangled course. It is a "must" for young riders who have a big appetite for fun. Riders must be at least 36" tall. Riders between 36" - 48" tall must be accompanied by a responsible person. Limit one child per responsible person.

Climb aboard the Red Baron and search the wild blue yonder for the WWI Flying Ace's old nemesis. For riders at least 36" tall and under 54" tall.

Drive your car along the PEANUTS® 500 track and don't slow down for the curves. Must be at least 42" tall or accompanied by a responsible person. Limit one child per responsible person.

Enjoy the view as the Camp Bus takes riders high above Camp Snoopy . Must be at least 42" tall or accompanied by a responsible person.

Tilt-A-Whirl is Camp Snoopy 's version of that ageless classic. Must be 46" tall or accompanied by a responsible person.

Float through the air in brightly colored swings on the Lolli Swing . Must be at least 42" tall or accompanied by a responsible person. Limit one child per responsible person.

Gently meander around and around in colorful balloons on the Balloon Race . Must be at least 42" tall or accompanied by a responsible person.

Snoopy Bounce is an air-mattress located inside of a large inflatable Snoopy at the entrance of Camp Snoopy on the Gemini Midway. Bounce to your heart's content! Must be between 36" - 54" tall to participate.

Kiddy Kingdom

Colorful royal flags fly above this enchanted adventureland heralding all children who enter to become "kings and queens" for a day. Parents will find more than a dozen kid-sized rides, fit for "royalty." From the main entrance, Kiddy Kingdom is halfway up the midway on the right hand side. Rides in Kiddy Kingdom are limited to children under 54" and for some rides, their supervising adults.

Gemini Children's Area

Who says roller coasters are just for big kids? Gemini Children's Area is a training ground for the youngest thrill-seekers, with five rides that are more than just kid's stuff. The Gemini Children's Area is just across the walkway from the Gemini Roller Coaster near the back of the park just before Frontiertown. Looming in the shadows of Cedar Point's twin- tracked racing roller coaster, Gemini, is its younger sibling, the Jr. Gemini. With a top speed of 6 mph, this scream machine is a perfect starter coaster for young thrill-seekers. On the Frog Hopper, kids can get their kicks on a child-sized version of the mammoth Power Tower. Other rides include Bumper Boats, Space Age and Rock-Spin-Turn.
