KidTrack
Cedar Point offers a guest service to quickly reunite separated children
and their parents with a cell phone. Here's how KidTrack works:
- KidTrack wristbands are available at Guest Services at the Main Gate,
the ticket booths at all other entrance gates, both Soak City entrances,
Park Operations and Town Hall.
- Guest should write their 10-digit cell phone number on the wristband
and fasten it around their child's right wrist. Guest should explain
the reason for the wristband to their child, and instruct them to go
to the nearest uniformed employee if they become separated.
- If the guest and their child become separated, the Cedar Point employee
who finds the child will activate the KidTrack system. Guest's cell
phone number will be called and guest will be told where the child
is being safely kept until they are reunited.
- Guests must make sure to leave their cell phone on in case the KidTrack
system needs to be used to contact them.
