Screamster Jobs
You'll spook our guests in haunted houses and on midway fright zones, lurking in the fog, waiting for your next victim...
Entertainer Jobs
We're looking for CarnEvil barkers, Gypsy Fortune Tellers, Kid's Show performers and Palace Show performers.
Technical Jobs
If making our guests' skin crawl isn't your thing, we're also looking for fog and lighting technicians. It's a great way to be a part of the action, minus the spooky appearance!
What are the dates?
Our HalloWeekends celebration runs Friday nights, Saturdays & Sundays, September 17 - October 31. Monsters and Screamsters are needed each day during the run of the event. Entertainer reporting times vary.
What else do I need to know?
Cedar Point offers FREE housing and a flexible schedule. Screamsters and Monsters must be willing to work in low light environments that contain heavy fog, strobe lighting, sound effects, loud music and special effects.
Due to the nature of our Screamsters, body piercings, tattoos and long hair are acceptable for these positions.
How to apply

For entertainer positions, please join us at Castaway Bay on Saturday, July 17 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. for an open audition. Interested performers should prepare a 30-second, family-friendly comic monologue. Performers interested in the Kid's Show or Palace Show should be prepared to sing (a capella or karaoke CD is fine - character voices are perfect). Show us your personality!
