Employee Services Department (ESD)

Through ESD, Cedar Point strives to make our employees' free time more exciting. We offer a wide variety of events, 5-6 days a week. Employee activities are a great way to meet new people, spend time with friends, and take advantage of free entertainment! Daily Activities Include:

Trips

ESD has planned day excursions to some great destinations throughout the summer. Employees may payroll deduct the cost of their trips from their paycheck too. Listed below are a few of the trips planned and approximate prices. Specific dates and prices are subject to change.

Big Bash

The summer would not be complete without Cedar Point exclusive activities and parties. At the end of the summer, employees party at ESD's Big Bash! Big Bash Activities include:

Behind The Lines & Discount Guides

ESD publishes a bi-weekly newsletter for employees only - Behind the Lines. Employees can find employee event pictures, articles, and fun tips to make their summer a smooth experience. ESD also publishes a seasonal discount guide which offers discounts at almost 100 different merchant locations in the Sandusky area.
