Resort Accommodations Fund-Raisers
The Accommodations Department is looking for groups of 10 to 35* individuals to work for one day at our resort properties outside the park.
Time Commitment: One day

- Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. Groups with minors (age 16 or 17) must include responsible working chaperones (minimum 1 chaperone for every 5 minors).
- Each volunteer will work a standard day shift from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a ½ hour scheduled lunch break, for a total of 7.5 hours per volunteer.
- Earnings are prorated according to total number of volunteers and actual hours worked.
- Pay rate is $6.25/hour. Groups with at least 25 people who all work the full, designated shift will earn an extra 8% (minimum $100) bonus for their group.
- Groups will be used primarily in hotel housekeeping, laundry or grounds at any of our hotels, cottages, cabins, campgrounds and/or linen facilities.
- Job placements will be determined upon arrival based on staffing and occupancy levels.
- Duties may include (but are not limited to) vacuuming, dusting, stripping and/or making beds, bundling linens, trash removal, window cleaning, etc.
- Due to the nature of this program, groups located within a 1 hour drive are much preferred. Overnight lodging for volunteers is not provided.
- Once the entire group has completed working the required shift, volunteers may qualify for starlight admission to the park during the remainder of the afternoon and evening.

Resort Foods Fundraiser
The Resort Foods Department is looking for groups of 10 to 20* individuals to work for one night at our resort/franchise restaurants outside the park.
Time Commitment: One night

- Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. Groups with minors (age 16 or 17) must include responsible working chaperones (minimum 1 chaperone for every 4 minors)
- Each volunteer will work a standard afternoon/evening shift from 2:00 - 10:00 p.m. with a ½ hour scheduled dinner break, for a total of 7.5 hours per volunteer.
- Earnings are prorated according to the total number of volunteers and actual hours worked.
- Pay rate is a flat $6.75 per hour.
- Groups will be used primarily in our franchise foods establishments located outside the park.
- Job placements will be determined upon arrival based on staffing and resort occupancy levels.
- Duties may include seating guests, bussing tables, washing dishes, sweeping floors, rolling napkins/silverware, etc.
- Due to the nature of the program, groups located within a 1½ hour drive are preferred. Overnight lodging for volunteers is not provided.
- After the entire group has completed working the required shift, volunteers may qualify for starlight admission to the park the following day only.
- Available dates: Aug. 26*, Sept 2*, 3, 9, 16, 23, 30, Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28
Food Services Fund-Raisers
The Food Services Department is looking for groups of 16 or more people to work at one of our food locations in the park. We are able to accommodate larger groups upon request.Time Commitment:
Option 1 - Multiple weekends (6 hour program, weekend includes both Saturday & Sunday, need not be consecutive)
Option 2 - Multiple Saturdays (6 hour program, need not be consecutive)
Option 3 - Single Saturday or Single weekend (8 hour program, includes both Saturday & Sunday OR Friday & Saturday) Limited scheduling on Friday evenings on October 5, 12, and19 only.

- Program dates include: September 15/16, 22/23, 29/30, October 5/6/7, 12/13/14, 19/20/21, and 27/28.
- Groups will be assigned to Food Service locations including any of the park’s quick service locations, restaurants and/or specialty carts.
- Groups may have a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to: food sales (taking and fulfilling orders), completing cash handling transactions, following basic food safety and sanitation guidelines in regards to the serving and preparation of food items, cleaning assigned work locations and patios, stocking, clearing and wiping tables, greeting guests, washing dishes, rolling silverware, portraying and maintaining positive demeanor in busy environment, etc.
- Participants will be expected to stand for long periods of time, to understand instructions and be able to work independently without constant direct supervision, and to work in a fast-paced environment in all types of weather conditions, including extreme hot/cold temperatures.
- Participants must be at least 16 years of age. No exceptions! Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a working chaperone.
- Participants must adhere to the Cedar Point and Food Service Fundraising Grooming & Appearance Standards and all other program policies, procedures, and deadlines.
- Participants will be scheduled at least 6-10 hours each day, depending on the program option selected. Shifts will vary from weekend to weekend, ranging anywhere from 10am-1am, depending on park and location hours. Job sharing is not permitted.
- Depending on scheduled shift time and park hours, participants may spend any time not scheduled enjoying themselves in the park.
- Participants may stay in employee housing facilities on Friday and/or Saturday evening at no cost to the group if needed and pre-arranged. Must be at least 18 years of age and provide photo identification verifying date of birth.

Games & Merchandise Fund-Raisers
The Games & Merchandise Departments are looking for groups of 20 or more people to work an entire weekend at one of Cedar Point's games or merchandise locations.Time Commitment: One weekend

- Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age
- Each person will be scheduled to work 20-30 hours during the weekend. Job sharing is not permitted.
- Work schedule: Friday (1 hour orientation in the evening), Saturday & Sunday (park open till park close)
- Volunteers may stay in pre-arranged employee housing Friday and Saturday night
- Volunteers must present a valid state-issued driver's license or photo ID
- Pay rate is $6.25/hour for each volunteer plus $0.50/hour bonus upon successful completion of agreement
- Groups must adhere to all Cedar Point Grooming Guidelines
- Volunteers may enjoy the park any time they are not scheduled to work
Ride Prides
Our Park Operations Department is looking for groups of 20 or more people to volunteer an entire weekend.Time Commitment: One Weekend

- Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
- Each person will be scheduled to volunteer 24-27 hours during the weekend. Job sharing is not permitted.
- Schedule: Friday: 6PM-8 PM, Saturday: two hours before park opening until ride closed, Sunday:9:30 AM-ride closing, Hours vary according to Park Operating hours. Approximately 24 to 27 hours per weekend. Groups needed for weekends (Friday-Sunday), late August, and all September and October weekends.
- Volunteers may stay in pre-arranged employee housing Friday and Saturday night.
- Volunteers must successfully pass a drug screening test.
- Groups must adhere to all Cedar Point Grooming Guidelines
